Job Description |
Are you comfortable approaching large multi-national corporations to market, sell and manage global training programs using state-of-the art computer simulation tools developed in the US and Europe? These contents represent the global standard of management education tools, and have been used are now developing a strong following in Japan as well. We help Japanese companies improve their traditionally weak areas of marketing, strategy development, and decision-making. In this position, you will create presentation materials, visit new customers to hear their needs and suggest programs, as well as manage existing accounts. We are looking for self-starters that use their own business sense to drive results, not just staff that reacts to directions from their boss. Creating professional-level, easy-to-understand materials is a must, so you must be very confident in your writing skills. More than anything, you must be able to understand customer needs and respond to those with effective solutions. You will also need to be able to manage multiple ongoing projects at the same time. Because of our extensive partnerships overseas, you will be able to work in an international environment. English ability is helpful but not essential. |
